Mobile Optical Assistant - No Weekends or Late Nights!

Location: Birmingham Area

Salary: £23,795 per annum + Monthly Bonus (£200 approx.)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Your Role

As a Mobile Optical Assistant, you will:

• Deliver a high standard of dispensing, fitting, and customer care, working alongside the Optometrist in care homes.
• Ensure each patient has a positive experience and receives a professional service tailored to their needs.
• Support the Optometrist and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations with a sympathetic, patient-first approach.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Have at least 1 year of experience working in an opticians, with the ability to dispense to all levels.
• Hold a full UK manual driving license, with a clean driving record.
• Be a customer-focused individual with a warm, friendly demeanour and a calm, patient approach.
