Selective Care are currently recruiting care workers / health care assistants to provide care for clients to remain independent in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to individuals in their own home. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to follow care plans and a commitment to enhancing the well being of our service users.

• Assist clients with daily activities including personal hygiene, dressing and meal preparations.
• Follow individual care plans and report any changes in service user's conditions to the office.
• Drive to clients' homes as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled visits.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in healthcare practices.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Support service users in maintaining their independence while ensuring their safety and comfort.
