Key Responsibilities (Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care)

• Oversee the daily running of a domiciliary care service in Christchurch & Portsmouth
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and inspections
• Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing care team
• Maintain exceptional standards of home care and client satisfaction
• Manage care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures
• Drive business growth, occupancy, and service quality

Essential Requirements

• MUST be a CQC Registered Manager (essential requirement)
• Proven experience in domiciliary care management / home care management
• Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
• Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
