Obligations

• Help clients with personal hygiene activities, including dressing, grooming, and bathing.
• Assist clients with daily activities and mobility in accordance with their particular care plans.

• Assist with basic health monitoring and medication reminders as needed.
• Keep thorough notes of the care given and any modifications to the client's condition.
• Communicate efficiently with patients, families, and medical staff to guarantee integrated treatment.
• Drive corporate cars safely and in accordance with all traffic laws when making house calls.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures to guarantee a secure atmosphere for both clients and employees.

Conditions

• Prior experience working in a care facility or providing home care is preferred; training will be given.
• Fundamental IT knowledge to ensure correct documentation and records.
• A valid driver's license is preferred for positions requiring travel between client locations.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to adhere to care plans exactly.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities with a kind and understanding disposition.
• The ability to operate both alone and collaboratively.
• The ability to work different shifts as needed, such as mornings, afternoons, or evenings.

Job Types: Permanent, Fixed Term, Full Time, and Part Time

Pay: £24,420.00-£32,864.54 annually
