MyConstructor - Domestic Energy Assessor

We are looking to onboard new Domestic Energy Assessors across all regions, but our current priority areas are:

• Newcastle
• Cardiff
• Liverpool

Responsibilities

• Carry out Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments in residential properties
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience during appointments
• Communicate clearly with customers and the MyConstructor platform where required
• Maintain compliance with current legislation and industry standards

Qualifications

• Fully qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) with Elmhurst
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to manage your own schedule and workload effectively
• Good communication skills and confidence working independently
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
