Domestic Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including commercial spaces and hotels. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and an ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, lobbies, restrooms, and guest rooms in hotels.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Assist with occasional cooking duties as required in certain settings, ensuring food safety standards are upheld.
Maintain an organised inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.

Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and guests.
Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is highly desirable.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Good time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes.
