Responsibilities- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in residents' rooms and all communal areas.
- Collaborate with domestic and laundry teams to plan and deliver cleaning schedules.
- Assess and respond to the domestic needs of all residents.
- Promote continual improvement of standards in all areas while prioritising resident care.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures to deliver the highest standards of care.
- Experience of working within a similar environment.
- A caring nature with ability to give everyone a personal approach.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice.
- Strong work ethic with solution-based approach to problem solving.
- Work well under pressure without negative impact to those around you.
- Warm, approachable, and engaging persona.
- Respect everyone, treating others as you would expect to be treated.
- Resilient and adaptable to differing needs of colleagues and residents.
