Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in residents' rooms and all communal areas.
• Collaborate with domestic and laundry teams to plan and deliver cleaning schedules.
• Assess and respond to the domestic needs of all residents.
• Promote continual improvement of standards in all areas while prioritising resident care.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures to deliver the highest standards of care.

Requirements

• Experience of working within a similar environment.
• A caring nature with ability to give everyone a personal approach.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice.
• Strong work ethic with solution-based approach to problem solving.
• Work well under pressure without negative impact to those around you.
• Warm, approachable, and engaging persona.
• Respect everyone, treating others as you would expect to be treated.
• Resilient and adaptable to differing needs of colleagues and residents.
