An opportunity has arisen within the South Coast Nursing Homes group for a Domestic Assistant at Eastridge Manor in Bolney, Nr Haywards Heath.

Hours: 16 hrs per week - can be flexible on start and end times. You must be able to work alternate weekends.

Rota pattern:

• Week 1: Thursday & Friday
• Week 2: Friday & Saturday

The purpose of this role is to keep the home clean and safe, providing a superior service to our residents.

• To provide a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the home at all times.
• To clean residents' rooms thoroughly each day after nursing staff have completed their patient care. To check flowers and plants and water / dispose of as necessary.
• To clean communal areas including mopping, vacuuming, dusting.
• Ensuring the home is safe, e.g., removing clutter, keeping storage areas tidy.
• Shampoo carpets as and when needed.
