Documentation Specialist and Service Insights Support
(Junior-Mid Level)
We're looking for onsite resources (Lux or BE works as well).
We're looking for profiles between Junior and Mid-level that can bring the right dynamic so this makes.
For such a role, no need for oncall, no shifts, no PAW laptop needed.
Mission:
The Documentation Specialist and Service Insights Support role is a hybrid position (60/40) combining responsibilities in technical documentation and light analytical support. The role focuses primarily on designing, creating, structuring, and maintaining high-quality service documentation. In parallel, it contributes to early-phase data analysis and insight generation to support the Quality Office in service enhancement activities.
The successful candidate will collect and transform inputs from squads into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for both business and technical audiences. S/He will prepare and maintain service catalog entries, ensure alignment with templates, manage documentation spaces, and coordinate with various stakeholders while ensuring consistent follow-up.
This position is ideal for a junior-mid professional who is proactive, organized, curious, and able to work autonomously while staying fully engaged with the team.
Responsibilities:
Documentation Specialist
Initiate, design, create, and maintain service documentation.
Prepare and update service catalog content for DIGIT Customers based on squad input.
Rewrite, format, and align documentation with required templates, standards, and COSMOS guidelines.
Proofread, edit, and structure documentation such as user guides, tutorials, and guidelines to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Maintain quality, readability, and compliance across all documentation deliverables.
Apply templates and propose improvements to documentation spaces, report structures, and guidelines.
Prepare newsletters, internal communications, and staff announcements.
Create presentations and visuals using Canva and produce videos with Animaker.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to support communication topics.
Service Insights Support:
Support early-phase data analysis activities for the Quality Office.
Collaborate with business, technical teams, and management stakeholders to clarify inputs and gather missing information.
Provide clear explanations of collected inputs and documentation-related requirements.
Identify value-adding insights from service-related data rather than performing mechanical tasks.
Deliver presentations or training sessions on general or documentation-related topics.
Propose new ideas to improve communication, service understanding, and reporting approaches.
Qualifications:
Professional Competencies:
Relevant experience in technical writing or documentation.
Strong capacity to design, structure, and maintain service documentation.
Experience proofreading, editing, and formatting documentation for technical and business audiences.
Ability to understand technical terminology (deep technical expertise not required).
Strong writing skills with attention to clarity, consistency, and detail

Soft Skills
- Fluent in English. French is a plus.
