Job Title: Document Production Specialist

Location: Liverpool Street, London

Hours: 11.00am-7.30pm

A growing US law firm is seeking a lead document production executive to establish a new DP offering in the London office. Essential requirements include hands-on experience in document production within an international legal environment and some leadership or coordination experience. The role involves providing expertise in all aspects of document production:

• Produce accurate, high-quality work;
• Create and revise complex legal documents following firm formatting guidelines;
• Troubleshoot problematic documents and offer technical advice;
• Identify opportunities to improve service levels and implement changes;
• Analyze and resolve issues, communicating solutions effectively;
• Assess and test new software and tools;
• Provide feedback to IT on new procedures and software;
• Keep the Document Processing Manager informed;
• Communicate progress to clients, lawyers, and staff;
• Assist secretaries and lawyers with software issues;
• Adapt to evolving service needs;
• Attend departmental meetings and training;
• Implement new software efficiently.
