Divisional Life Enrichment Lead

Barchester Healthcare's Central Division seeks a Divisional Activities Lead to support activity staff across the division and drive a life enrichment approach in every home, aligning with the Care and Life Enrichment Framework to achieve outstanding regulatory results.

You will make weekly visits to homes, develop action plans for underperforming homes, recruit and train activities staff, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver community-linked activities and digital tool adoption.
