Diversity & Inclusion Advisor, People & Culture

City Health Care Partnership CIC in Hull is seeking a People and Culture Advisor to drive Equality, Diversity and Inclusion within the FREDIE framework. You will work with our People teams to shape how we work and help staff voices influence decisions, ultimately supporting excellent patient care.

You'll lead inclusion projects, advise managers on statutory duties, and design training and events. A Level 5 HR/E&D qualification or equivalent experience is required along with CIPD Associate
