District Merchandising Team Leader: Lead In-Store Displays

eXPD8 Ltd. is seeking a Merchandising Team Leader in the Northampton area. You will supervise a field-based team of 40 part-time merchandisers, schedule activities, recruit and coach, and remain hands-on in-store to ensure briefs and planograms are followed.

You'll manage merchandising tasks across Northampton and surround areas, with hours of around 30 per week, including supervision and in-store execution. The role requires a full driving licence and strong communication skills.
