District Merchandising Lead: Field Ops & Coaching

eXPD8 eXPD8 Ltd. is seeking a District Team Leader to oversee South West London and North East Surrey, based in New Malden. Expect 30 hours minimum weekly, with occasional weekend work. The role leads day-to-day district activity, supports Display Representatives and ensures safe, timely client activity.

You will coach field staff, help with recruitment, monitor delivery and liaise with Client Services and the Regional Field Manager. Driving is required.
