Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for answering and responding to all incoming N.I calls and providing support to the team when necessary.
• Responding to customer queries, either via email or call on queries associated with but not limited to; fresh oil order requests; fryer management service, UCO collections.
• Responsible for raising tickets to action to customer requests.
• Preparing run bags for the following working day which includes printing run sheets and tickets from CRM.
• Amending Route & Runs & Rectifying cancelled calls on system.
• Uploading jobs to Transport system.
• Completion of daily sales.
• Emails / PO requests.
• Work closely to support Distribution Manager.
• Any other Ad Hoc work as determined by the Distribution Manager.
• Ability to show you are a proficient user of Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and have an intermediate level of knowledge of Excel.
• A minimum of 12 months experience in an administration and or transport/logistics role.
• Previous experience dealing with customers.
• Ability to demonstrate you are a good communicator and can work well in a team environment as well as individually to meet set KPIs.
• Good time management skills to manage a busy workload.
• Good organisational skills.
• Motivated to learn.
• Ability to demonstrate you have lived Frylite Solution's values in previous roles, Respect, Relationships, Work Ethic, Success & Excellence.
• Experience using Sage would be advantageous.
