About the Role

The role will involve:

• Leading a wide range of commercial and civil litigation matters for a varied client base.
• Taking ownership of key client relationships and expanding the department's reach.
• Contributing to strategic business development initiatives.
• Mentoring junior lawyers and supporting their career development.
• Playing a pivotal role in the firm's growth in the Bristol market.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor at Partner level (or Legal Director with clear partnership potential).
• Have a strong track record of managing complex commercial and civil litigation matters.
• Demonstrate the ability to win new business and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Show leadership qualities and the desire to develop and grow a team.
• Be commercially minded, innovative, and ambitious.
