We're looking for a Qualified Optical Practice Manager (a Dispensing Optician) to oversee two practices in the Dudley area. This is a hands-on role where you'll combine dispensing with leading your teams, driving KPIs, and ensuring the continued success of both businesses.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate teams across both practices
• Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent patient care
• Drive KPIs, manage budgets, and grow the business
• Support recruitment, training, and staff development
• Dispense eyewear and provide expert product advice

What We're Looking For

• GOC-registered DO preferred, or strong management background
• Proven experience managing an optical team
• Commercially driven with a track record of hitting KPIs
• A natural leader and strong communicator
