Our Client is very well established high end practice in the City centre of Dublin. They have a great reputation and built the business by developing relationships with clients and meeting their optical needs. Ocular health is an imperative, alongside ensuring that they suggest the best and most appropriate treatments, services and products in order to satisfy our customers needs, to the highest standards.

The Candidate would need plenty of experience in dealing with clients, problem solving and helping with the long term growth and development of the business, alongside support training and development for other team members. Working in a high end practice with quality products, with service at the centre of everything.

As a DO you will be in position to grow the turnover of all product ranges including contact lenses and creating multiple purchases. An enthusiastic, confident and vibrant individual who can read situations, work on their own initiative but simultaneously understand the value of working as part of a quality team. Competent around a computer and has a fundamental understanding of business and figures. Understanding of the Acuitas practice management system would be helpful as it's what is used instore currently.
