The environment and sustainable development are at the heart of our activities. We are looking for a Dispatcher / Logistician - Transport for our logistics department based in Bussigny. You will report to the manager, and your main tasks will consist of providing quality support and logistics for waste collection while ensuring the following missions: Guaranteeing telephone contact with clients and order taking; Managing orders and ensuring the planning of routes in the business software; Optimizing collection routes and assigned resources; Preparing order slips and route sheets; Preparing waste tracking slips; Supporting collection teams and responding to daily driver inquiries; Ensuring efficient additional services; Managing the stock of bins; Promoting and ensuring compliance with safety rules, company policies, and work regulations. Profile: You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the waste collection sector; You are highly proficient in standard office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); You demonstrate strong team spirit; You are resilient to stress; You have a strong customer orientation; You possess solid analytical skills, thoroughness, and autonomy; You have a keen sense of organization and can manage priorities; You are familiar with the Vaud economic landscape and reside in the region.
