Dispatch Operative (Food production)

Role Overview

As a Dispatch Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our freshly baked products are accurately prepared, packed, and sent out to our customers on time. Your work will help maintain the smooth running of our bakery and ensure our products reach customers in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack finished bakery products for dispatch.
• Check orders for accuracy and quality before leaving the bakery.
• Label and organize products for delivery.
• Assist with loading products for transport safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work closely with the production and logistics teams to meet daily targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a dispatch, warehouse, or production environment is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and reliability.
• Physical fitness to handle lifting and moving bakery products.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
