Dispatch & Cold Room Lead

Sigmar Recruitment is assisting in finding a Despatch Manager for a Clonakilty site. You will lead dispatch and cold room teams, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant goods dispatch from the site.

You will coordinate with production to align schedules, supervise staff, manage stock rotation (FIFO), conduct counts, and ensure proper records and hygiene standards are maintained. A supportive management team and ongoing training are provided.
