Disabled Facilities Grants Lead - Home Adaptations

London Borough of Hackney is seeking a Disabled Facilities Grant Officer (DFG) / Housing Adaptations Officer to lead the delivery of DFGs and home adaptations, enabling disabled residents to live safely at home. You will assess conditions, inspect properties, process applications and manage projects from start to finish.

You will work with Occupational Therapists, residents, contractors and internal teams to ensure compliant, value-for-money adaptations delivered to high standards.
