Sophisticated frauds, involving grooming of targeted individuals, shows the fake recruiter asking the unsuspecting job seeker to take part in a fake job interview, either over the phone or via WhatsApp, and also sending fraudulent follow-up correspondence offering job positions.
Any communication about jobs at Oxford University Hospitals will come from 'Trac', or via an ouh.nhs.uk email address.
All meetings and interviews will be scheduled on Microsoft Teams from a verified OUH email account.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
- Under the supervision of the DDO and CDs, and in collaboration with other members of the Directorate team, play a key role in leading the directorates contribution towards ensuring that the operational performance of the Directorate on a day to day basis delivers a safe, effective, efficient service to patients and enhances the patient's experience.
- Assist the DDO and CDs in operational planning, compliance with targets and performance standards, supporting the Directorates in delivering people, performance and financial objectives whilst improving the operational effectiveness .
- Responsible for providing key leadership in the management and monitoring of all access targets including DM01, Cancer and RTT.
- Work in collaboration with the Senior Finance Business Partner (SFBP) and the Directorates to develop and implement a rolling Quality Efficiency Programme ensuring quality impact assessments are undertaken and shared.
- Work collaboratively with the Finance, HR and PM0 teams, providing leadership and support to ensure delivery of the Directorate objectives, representing the teams at a corporate level as required.
- • Educated to first degree level or equivalent experience
- • Further training to Masters level or equivalent experience.
- • Previous successful management experience at a senior level within the NHS
- • Highly developed leadership and organisational skills
- • Highly developed specialist knowledge of NHS policy, health sector practices and functions of NHS provider organisations and current targets in place
- • Clear understanding of NHS agenda
- • High level of understanding of NHS contracting and funding flows
- • Proven track record of senior operational management in a multi-disciplinary environment
- • Extensive experience of influencing decision making within a large and complex organisation.
- • Demonstrates ability to analyse complex facts or situations in relation to performance targets, strategy, finance
- • Proven track record of managing operating budgets and delivering financial balance
- • Experience of implementing and evaluating a range of projects/initiatives that represent solutions to changing workforce/service environments
- • Commitment to continuing professional development
- • Experience of formulating long term strategic plans and impact on the organisation - translating business strategy into operational delivery
