Director, Translational Pathology & Biomarker Strategy

AstraZeneca Cambridge is seeking a Director, Translational Pathology to lead the scientific quality, prioritisation, and delivery of the Translational Pathology portfolio. The role combines strategic oversight, line management, and hands on contribution to provide timely, decision enabling insights across the R&D portfolio.

The postholder will ensure GCP and laboratory quality compliance, mentor scientists, and partner with discovery, biology, pharmacology, and regulatory teams to integrate
