Director, Short-Form Content & IP Growth

FlightStory, a pioneering media company behind The Diary of a CEO and other IP, seeks a Director to run its short-form business line across the IP slate and signed creators. You will define the strategy, revenue plan, and production system-from brief to publish-with a hands-on start and scalable leadership.

You'll own relationships with major platforms and partners, prototype formats quickly, and build a team of 7-8 as the company scales its creator ecosystem and monetisation engine.
