Director, Roadmaps & Capacity Planning

Arm Portfolio and Product Planning Director - Roadmaps and Capacity leads the central roadmap and capacity planning at Arm. You set the vision, define the operating model, and ensure governance and high-quality roadmaps that guide value-led decisions across the enterprise.

You will lead a small team, partner with senior leaders across engineering, finance, commercial, and manufacturing, and scale planning capabilities while balancing agility with structure.
