Director, Quantum Systems Software

IonQ, Inc. in Oxford, UK, is seeking an enthusiastic Director, Systems Software to lead a software team of around twenty engineers and to plan and manage the development of software powering our quantum computers.

You will define the stack architecture, establish devops and release processes, work across teams, and partner with quantum scientists to deliver a scalable, full-stack platform. Previous quantum experience not required; strong leadership in high tech software is essential.
