Director, Quantum Systems Delivery & Field Readiness

Quantum Motion in London seeks a Director of Systems Delivery to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of its silicon quantum systems, from planning and assembly through handover and deployment at customer sites.

The role requires proven management of physical hardware, HW/SW integration and cross-functional leadership across hardware, software, product and operations. The successful candidate will drive delivery playbooks, risk management, and post-installation support to ensure long-term uptime.
