Director, Professional Consumer Growth (UKI)

Henkel is seeking a Head of Professional Consumer, UKI to build and scale the business across the UK and Ireland. This senior role owns the P&L and leads an omnichannel model that combines physical retail, digital commerce and retail media to maximise sell-out and market share.

You will partner with Brand & Advocacy, Supply Chain and Revenue Operations to align commercial, pricing, promotion and launch strategies, while driving measurable growth and a robust governance framework.
