Our business includes leading capabilities in valuations, pricing and reference data.We are currently looking for a Director, Enterprise Product-Led Governance.The Director, Enterprise Product-Led Governance is responsible for designing, operating, and continuously evolving LSEG's product-led governance system. This role owns governance mechanisms connecting strategy, goals, investment, execution, and outcomes-including Monthly Product Reviews, Quarterly Product Reviews, and product-led investment governance. It drives simplification, clarity, and strategic alignment across the enterprise. What You'll Be Doing: Own & Evolve the Product-Led Governance System Design and refine the Enterprise Product Governance Framework.Ensure alignment with PLM Minimum Standards.Simplify governance and eliminate duplication. Operate Monthly & Quarterly Product Reviews Lead design, orchestration and facilitation of MPR & QPR.Drive data-driven product decisions.Surface risks, dependencies and opportunities. Product-Led Goal Setting & Rhythm Lead annual and quarterly product goal-setting.Align goals and milestones, strategy, and funding cycles. Transform Finance & Investment Governance Redesign investment processes to be evidence-based and product-led.Work with Finance and Investment Management to modernise funding models. Divisional Adoption & Enablement Embed consistent governance in divisions.Build capability through tools, training, and support. Enterprise Simplification Remove unnecessary committees and reporting.Define clear decision rights and critical issue pathways. What we are looking for: Expertise in enterprise governance and product operating models. Strong portfolio management and goals and achievements knowledge. Ability to engage senior executives and operate in complexity. Strong synthesiser able to create clarity.
