Director, OTC & Consumer Health Growth

STADA UK Thornton & Ross is seeking a seasoned Head of OTC (Director) to lead the Consumer Health portfolio in the UK from Reading. You will set strategic direction, own the BU agenda, and drive end-to-end commercial leadership across brands, channels and innovation.

Partner with Global teams and cross-functional stakeholders to shape growth, launches, lifecycle management and portfolio transformation, while building a high-performing team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
