Job Description
CCNC02 Neuchâtel Cantonal Fund (CCNC) Autonomous public establishment, the Neuchâtel Cantonal Fund (CCNC) ensures, with commitment and rigor, the management of AVS, AI, APG, and family allowances for the entire canton of Neuchâtel. Every day, our 90 employees work to guarantee a reliable and efficient service: nearly 450 million francs are collected and more than 800 million francs are paid out in benefits. By joining CCNC, you become part of a dynamic institution, where expertise, public interest mission, and service spirit unite. At the head of the fund, you will assume human, financial, technical, and strategic management. You will carry a clear long-term vision while ensuring daily operations with your management team. You will lead significant projects in line with technological and societal developments and ensure the institution adapts to its environment. Finally, you will work closely with the fund's management committee, the Department of Employment and Social Cohesion (DECS), and with members of the Conference of Cantonal Funds. Profile Holding a higher degree in law, economics, or public administration, you have substantial experience in high-responsibility management roles. You possess a deep understanding of political and financial issues. Rooted in the Neuchâtel context, you are well-versed in its institutions, economic and social fabric, and show a genuine interest in public policies, particularly those related to social security. Your leadership, based on trust, listening, and collaboration, allows you to unite teams and partners around shared objectives. Analytical and synthetic, you make informed decisions and know how to negotiate with tact and diplomacy. Your language is French, and you have a good command of German.
