The Role:We are seeking a Director of Technical Theatre Arts to lead our world leading training in technical theatre arts.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the next generation of creative and technical professionals, overseeing RADA's technical theatre programmes. You'll provide strategic, visible leadership, ensuring our training remains rigorous, inclusive, and responsive to a changing industry.
We're looking for an experienced and collaborative leader in higher education or industry, with deep knowledge of technical theatre arts, excellent people and resource management skills, and a commitment to equitable and collaborative practice.
Key responsibilities include:- Leading the strategic direction and quality of RADA's technical theatre training.
- Managing and developing the Technical Theatre Arts faculty.
- Ensuring a cohesive, inclusive, and industry-connected learning environment.
- Shaping curriculum development and new programme initiatives.
