Director of Tax, AI & Automation

Ocado Group is seeking a visionary Director of Tax to lead our global tax function, embedding AI, automation, and intelligent data workflows into daily operations while ensuring compliance and governance across UK and international entities.

You will lead an international team, coach and inspire, develop a tax technology roadmap, and manage external advisers and HMRC relationships, delivering strategic tax advice to the executive team.
