St Dunstan's College seeks a Director of Sport. The Director of Sport will be an outstanding leader, who inspires departmental colleagues and the wider staff body to support in the delivery of this vision. They will be keen to promote, model, and develop excellence, whilst maintaining breadth and diversity of provision to secure engagement.

The successful candidate will have the resilience to meet the highest of expectations, ensuring the quality of the sporting experience at all levels meets the ambitions of the College. The Director of Sport will have meticulous attention to detail that ensures a large and complex programme operates efficiently.
