Director of Qualitative Insights & Strategy

BlueSteps Connect is seeking a Qualitative Research Lead to shape and evolve its qualitative capability. You will own the delivery of insight across the business, guiding methods and narrative outputs for major campaigns. The role requires leadership of a qualitative function and influence across senior stakeholders.

You will oversee end-to-end research, push for advanced approaches, and partner with account and strategy teams to grow client work and opportunities.
