Director of People & Leadership - Growth & Culture Builder

Laboratory Testing (LTI) seeks a Director of People & Leadership to strengthen leadership, talent and organizational capability as the business grows. You will report to the CEO and lead three roles: a Recruiter, an HR Generalist and an HR Business Partner.

This is a hands-on builder role, shaping succession planning, leadership development, career paths and people systems while staying closely connected to the business and its people. On-site at Hatfield HQ with growth via acquisition.
