Director of People & Culture Transformation

New Start, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, seeks a Director of People Services to shape a modern, inclusive and high performing workforce across one of the country's largest unitary councils. The role leads the People Strategy and drives organisational development and culture change across the whole organisation.
