Director of People & Culture Transformation

East Riding of Yorkshire Council is seeking an exceptional Director of People Services to shape a modern, inclusive and high-performing workforce across one of the country's largest unitary councils. The role will drive the People Strategy and lead wide-ranging organisational development and culture change across the organisation, part of the Senior Leadership Team guiding direction and governance.
