Director of People & Culture - Strategic Org Leader

Norwood is seeking a Director of People & Culture to lead and evolve our people strategy across a multi-site organisation.Reporting to the Chief Executive and serving on the Senior Leadership Team, you will influence strategy, culture and leadership, shaping the people agenda for colleagues and volunteers.

You will oversee Recruitment, Learning & Organisational Development, People Partnering and Volunteering, ensuring practical, values-led people practices that support service delivery.
