We are seeking an exceptional Director of People to help lead us through a period of significant challenge, change and opportunity. This is a role of real depth, scale and complexity and will be a core member of the Senior Leadership Team, and full deputy to the Chief People Officer.

About usStretching across Northern, Eastern and Mid Devon, we have a workforce of over 15,000 staff, making us the largest employer in Devon.
