The role you'll contribute

The Director of Operations for Central Florida Division - South actively develops and executes Centra Care center-level strategic priorities that support both Centra Care and regional system priorities. This role is also responsible for leading center managers and teams to meet performance standards and accomplish the delivery of our mission through consumer centric urgent and occupational services that practices outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

• Facilitates and maintains relationships with corporate clients and their employees.

• Provides leadership and oversight for day-to-day operations through center managers to foster mission and culture, maintain operational standards, and achieve performance benchmarks.

• Demonstrates competency in expected leadership standards, including communication, organization, production, team building, innovation, staff development, and role modeling.

• Supports clinical performance improvement activities and contributes to the overall improvement of the organization.

Qualifications

he expertise and experience you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's in the field of Business or Health Service Administration Required

• 1 years of progressive management and/or prior director level leadership experience over clinical throughput driven departments Required

• Driver's License (DL) Required

• Masters in Health Services Administration Preferred

• Registered Nurse (RN) Preferred

• ARRT - Magnetic Resonance Imaging (ARRT-MR) Preferred

• Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM) Preferred

• Position Requirement: Must be a Seventh-day Adventist.

• Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the CEO.

• Responsibilities: Based on the candidates level of experience in leading teams and people.

• Food & Nutritional Services (FANS)

• Imaging

• Laboratory Services

• Respiratory Therapy

• Physical Therapy

• Wound Care

• Special Projects

• Acquisitions

• Expansions

• Procedural areas, as assigned
