Director of Operations - Multi-Site P&L Leader

Sibelco is seeking a Director of Operations (Cluster Kings Lynn) to lead eight sites, including five silica sand operations. The role is a co-owner of the cluster P&L, ensuring execution of our growth and operations strategy with focus on safety, quality, and cost control.

You will partner with the Commercial Director to grow the business, and you will guide the BST and functional leaders in Finance, HR, and Procurement to support delivering targets.
