Director of Modern Archives & Public Engagement

BlueSteps Connect is seeking a Director to lead an archives centre at a pivotal stage of development, overseeing modern personal papers and broadening representation in access, engagement and research.

The role includes shaping a transition plan for a new archive building within the client's grounds, managing operations, budgets and staff, and acting as ambassador to diverse stakeholders and trusts connected to the collections.
