The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Head of Meeting & Events Operations to lead a dynamic team responsible for 24 conference rooms and the new 920-seat Masters Suite, the largest space in the hotel.

You will drive revenue by developing client relationships, optimize sales, and ensure every event runs smoothly from enquiry to completion, while mentoring a high-performing team and collaborating with senior management.
