Director of Lodging Strategy & Growth Initiatives

Expedia Group is seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives for Expedia Lodging to own the multi-year lodging strategy across Hotels and Vacation Rentals. You'll lead high-impact initiatives, drive end-to-end execution, manage the lodging P&L, and partner with Finance to translate strategy into plans.

You will influence executives, build a team of strategists, and coordinate across Product, Marketing, Supply, Servicing, Analytics, and Finance to ensure growth and profitability across markets.
