Job Description
Wagstaff Recruitment is seeking a Head of Knowledge & Innovation in Exeter. This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape firm-wide innovation, lead a high-performing team, and enhance client-focused legal services. Responsibilities include leading the Knowledge & Information Services function and driving the adoption of AI and legal technology.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE, experience within a Top 100 law firm, and a strong understanding of legal technology and governance.
