Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead a globally distributed engineering organization supporting order execution, engineered-to-order solutions, product development, research, and product lifecycle management.
  • Provide strategic direction to align global engineering priorities with business objectives and customer needs, partnering closely with regional leadership and cross functional teams.
  • Develop, coach, and retain engineering talent by fostering an inclusive, high performing culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Optimize engineering resources and budgets, balancing near term execution priorities with long term capability building and innovation.
  • Establish performance visibility through meaningful metrics, dashboards, and capacity planning to support decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Drive standardization of engineering tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency across regions and product lines.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams, including geographically dispersed or global teams.
  • Strong ability to work across cultures, time zones, and cross functional environments.
  • Demonstrated success delivering results in a complex, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess processes, identify gaps, and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision making skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship for this role.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience in the industrial valves or flow control industry.
  • Advanced degree such as a master's in engineering or a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
  • Experience in driving global engineering transformation, standardization, or digital initiatives.
  • Exposure to product lifecycle management, engineered to order environments, or global manufacturing operations.
