CDI career development institute in Abingdon is seeking a dynamic professional to lead and deliver the Futures programme for students from Year 5 to Upper Sixth. This role is ideal for someone who can inspire young people and build strong relationships with employers and alumnae while promoting various career pathways.

The successful candidate will inherit an established programme with the freedom to innovate. Training opportunities, including a Level 6 Careers Guidance qualification, will be provided.
