Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Our client is a PE backed mid cap SaaS client who are seeking to recruit a Director of FPA for their Group Finance function based in London. This role will be for a seasoned software finance expert in the FPA space and in particular the experience of shifting reporting a from legacy software to a SaaS operating Model. This is a time of transformation and change in a fast moving and dynamic FPA environment so someone used to building a world class FPA function for a business with revenues in excess of 500million is needed.

If you can demonstrate that you know what good look like to PE as well as evidencing knowledge of what larger , blue chip organizations do from a reporting and data perspective you will thrive in supporting the CFO in taking the finance function to the next level.

This business has a long way to go in terms of change and transformation having come together as a result of numerous acquisitions. Therefore senior leadership and stake holder management will be needed to guide the existing international finance team to deliver process and reporting change as well as smoothly move financial reporting as the business moves from a legacy software model to a SaaS revenue operating model.

The successful candidate will be London based 3 days a week and come from a software industry finance background and now be working in SaaS. You will be 10 years plus post qualified , ideally big 4 trained and then have led FPA teams in a change environment.
